I have spent a majority of my life in a PC support role at some level. I have a proven history of providing effective solutions in the technical field. In my early career, as a Computer Aided Drafting Tech / CAD Manager, I spent years customizing, organizing, and tweaking production applications to streamline project work for myself and my team. As a CAD Manager, I was a founding member of a corporate committee which developed an organizational standard for projects and implemented a company-wide CAD standard.

As a Regional Support Manager, I supported 9 offices and 250 end users, office LANs, printers, Cisco VoIP phones, and annual budgets in excess of $250k. As a LAN Admin, I was a member of a team which developed a virus cleaning process which was implemented company-wide. I was able to troubleshoot, test, and implement a compatibility fix which allowed an old emulator to work on the Windows 7 OS and save the company tens of thousands of dollars in re-licensing fees.

As a Systems Administrator, my position has given me the opportunity to do a datacenter overhaul, including replacing aging infrastructure with Windows 2019 Server OS, Dell Server hardware/VMWare ESXi for virtualization, Windows Domain Controllers and Active Directory implementations, Cisco Meraki firewalls, switches and wireless access points. I have virtualized the remaining bare metal servers on the network all while supporting the 120 local / remote users.

Whether in a SMB or a large corporate environment, no job is too big or too small. Whether I am given a CapEx budget or a shoestring budget, as either a team member, solo administrator or in a leadership role, I have proven that I have the know-how to get things done and I can and will thrive and be successful in any endeavor.
